Tom’s Fitness is the area’s only 24-hour gym for both men and women. With a full selection of both cardio and strength equipment, our 8,500 sq ft center is clean, well equipped, and ready to help you meet your goals, whatever they may be. 

Cardio Equipment 


We have 24 pieces of Cardio, including 8 Matrix treadmills, 4 Matrix ellipticals, 4 True recumbent bikes, 4 Schwinn AirDyne bikes, and 4 Concept-2 rowers.

Maxicam Machines 


We also have a full selection of selectorized, Maxicam machines that will give you a total body workout, or allow you to isolate certain muscle groups as a part of your weight training routine. 

Free Weights 


Our free weight area includes all the staples in a gym, including flat bench, incline, decline, squat rack, smith machine, two leg presses, Hammer Strength chest/back, and rubber coated dumbbells from 5-100 lbs. 

Personal Training


With an M.A. in Exercise Physiology and Sport Biomechanics, Tom stays on top of all the latest trends and methods and brings them to personal training sessions.
